What we collect

When secure forms are enabled, we collect the information you choose to submit: name, work email, company, role, country, manufacturing category, target markets, message, consent, referral source and campaign parameters. Cloudflare may also process technical security data needed to protect the form and aggregated traffic data needed to understand site performance.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to assess managed-pilot fit, respond to enquiries, protect the service from abuse and keep a review record. We do not use the public site to create self-serve accounts or make automated acceptance decisions.

Where it is held

Form records are designed to be stored in a dedicated private Cloudflare D1 database bound only to this marketing property. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses in the application record. Short-lived, one-way identifiers may be used for rate limiting.

Sharing and retention

Information is reviewed privately by ODIN X and service providers needed to operate the site securely. We do not sell submitted information. Records are retained only as long as needed for review, communication, security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete submitted information through the contact route. If secure capture is paused, the site will not accept the request; return when the private route is enabled.

We may update this notice as the managed-pilot operation evolves. The date above will change when the notice does.
